Pump & Equipment Support

Troubleshooting, Maintenance Guidance, Parts, and Training

Technical support for professional users of SealBoss pumps and equipment.

Support for Professional Pump Owners and Operators

When a pump is not delivering material as expected, the fastest useful starting point is accurate information: the equipment model, the material being dispensed, the observed symptoms, and the recent cleaning or maintenance history.

SealBoss technical representatives can help review the available information and direct professional users to the relevant pump page, data sheet, manual, parts information, or training resource. Material and equipment suitability must be confirmed for the intended product and project conditions.

Troubleshooting and Equipment Questions

Discuss operating symptoms, material-flow concerns, pump configuration, and the current documents needed for further review.

Parts and Service Direction

Identify the pump model and affected component so the SealBoss team can help determine the appropriate next step. Mechanical and electrical service is restricted to qualified, trained technicians.

Training and System Support

Request on-site consultation or systems training covering the pump, material, applicator, cleaning, and related workflow.

Prepare These Details Before You Contact Support

  • Pump model and serial number, when available
  • Material name, component ratio, and current technical and safety documents
  • A clear description of the symptom and what changed before it occurred
  • Photos or a short video of the pump, tanks, hoses, applicator, and control display
  • Recent cleaning and maintenance history, including products used
  • Jobsite location and schedule constraints

Before Any Service Work

Service boundary: Service to mechanical or electrical components must be performed by trained professionals. Equipment must be disconnected from all power sources before service. Follow the current equipment manual and the material technical data sheet and SDS.

Field Support Example: JointMaster Pump Diagnosis

A Midwestern contractor reported difficulty dispensing a polyurea joint filler on a time-sensitive project. A local SealBoss technical representative inspected the JointMaster joint-fill machine in Kansas City.

The original field report documented hardened or crystallized material in the equipment and a seized ISO-side gear pump. The service included diagnosis, purging, cleaning, and installation of a replacement gear pump.

Documented result: The original report states that the pump was returned to operation in approximately two hours.

Use the Current Manual for Cleaning and Maintenance

The current JointMaster Pro2 G3i Digital manual states that material should not be left in the tanks over extended periods and provides the applicable cleaning, maintenance, and trained-service requirements.

Review the current manual and the technical and safety documents for the material being dispensed before operation, cleaning, or service. Equipment configurations and current models may vary.
