SealBoss ® 15x Accelerator is the catalyst for single component SealBoss 1510 / 1570 / 1570 LV hydrophobic water-activated, hydro-active water cut-off and leak sealing grouts.

How to Use
Standard Mixing Ratio: 10% by Volume
SealBoss ® 15x Accelerator is added to the single component foam grout at a recommended standard mixing ratio of 10% by volume.
Conditional Mixing Ratio: 2% – 25% with SealBoss 1510
When used with the extremely versatile SealBoss 1510 Water Stop Foam, and based on application related conditions, mixing ratios can be varied from 2 per cent to up to 25 per cent to create a very reactive high foaming product. This is only recommended for the experienced applicator — deviating from the standard 10 per cent mixing ratio changes reactive and physical properties of the product. Disclaimer: Product testing and certification is performed with standard 10% accelerator mixing ratio by volume.
Less than 10% Accelerator ‘Low-Foaming’ Characteristics — Reduced expansion, slower reaction time, increased penetration properties. Used for hairline crack injection, soil stabilization and permeation — increased penetration properties.
More than 10% Accelerator ‘High-Foaming’ Characteristics — Increased expansion, quicker, more aggressive reaction time, lower density cured product. Used to stop gushing leaks of high water flow velocity and in colder ambient temperatures where a faster cure is desired — increased reactive properties.
