Professional Water Stop & Leak Sealing Foam in Cartridges
For smaller scale applications – commercial and residential – using the SealBoss cartridge system may be more cost-effective and much less involved than using a multi component system of bulk material, injection packers and a dedicated polyurethane pump.
Water stop and leak sealing injection with foam cartridges is a clean process and easy to learn process. There is no need to mix materials prior to use and there are no labor intensive equipment clean-up procedures.
Cartridge dispensing guns are very affordable and uncomplicated in operation.

SealBoss Hot Shot 1500 is our commercial grade PUR foam designed to stop and seal water leaks from the inside (positive side) of the wall with a permanent flexible seal to withstand the typical structural movement and expansion and contraction that are observed in freeze/thaw cycles. During Injection the foam penetrates deep into the cracks and fissures while expanding and sealing in the process.
In comparison, hydraulic cement, a commonly used quick-fix solution, can only be applied as a surface patch. Hydraulic cement cures to a rigid mass – a short term band-aid – susceptible to cracking and falling of under any movement or hydrostatic pressure.

For best results we recommend that you to follow a few simple guidelines and cartridge/product conditioning techniques prior to application.
Condition the cartridge to room temperature in colder climates. Shake cartridges prior to use. Push out any air by moving product through the static mixer while holding cartridge in an upright position. Dispense and discard a small amount of product into a dedicated vessel. Now your cartridge is primed and ready to go.
