This sturdy and professional multi use injection pump earned the moniker ‘Suitcase Pump’ from its lightweight, convenient and protective frame which outlines are reminiscent of a suitcase or briefcase.

This compact pneumatic machine is much more than just a crack injection pump. It has been engineered to pump two component as well as single component polyurethane products for crack injection, soil compaction, void filling and smaller slab lifting applications.

This pump is set to a 1:1 mixing ratio by volume. Product is fed directly from the product containers via suction tubes. We deliver the pumps as a complete system, with all the necessary tubing, connectors and applicators.

The Advantages of Air Powered Crack Injection Pumps

Air-powered pumps are sought after for their long-term reliability and durability. Stop/start cycle limitations do not apply to these pumps and no adjustments need be made when dispensing rates decrease.

To reduce pump output rate, simply adjust the air downward at the regulator. With air-powered pumping systems, no electricity is fed into the machine, which provides immediate benefits in simplicity and safety.
