SealBoss ® SealPipe Kit contains all products you need for the application
• 1 Pint Bottle: SealBoss ® 1510 Hydrophobic PU
• 0.1 Pint Bottle: SealBoss ® 15x Accelerator / Catalyst
• 1 Bag: SealBoss ® 1500 Seal Oakum
• Disposable Gloves - Application
- Put on gloves and safety goggles.
- Empty kit contents
- Thouroughly mix 15x Catalyst into pint bottle of 1510 Hydrophobic PU. Follow SealBoss ® 1510 WaterStop Foam Data Sheet instructions.
- Cap and shake the bottle.
- In separate container, saturate desired amount of SealBoss® 1500 Seal Oakum with SealBoss ® 1510/15x solution.In wet environment, apply the SealBoss ® 1500 Seal
- Oakum directly into the pipe penetration, crack, joint, or void and observe reaction.In dry environment, briefly submerge in water prior to application of SealBoss ® 1500 Seal Oakum, or apply SealBoss ® 1500 Seal Oakum and then introduce water with spray bottle to initiate reaction.
- For all applications, it is important to apply quickly as reaction effectively begins immediately.
