SealBoss 1503 Foam Resin is a Flexible Hydrophobic Foam and Resin Combination Product.

Dry:
In a dry environment the material will behave like a low viscosity resin and cure to a flexible non cellular sealant.

Wet:
When in contact with water the product will react like a hydroactive polyurethane foam and expand and cure to a flexible foam. Since water is not a component of the cured product’s structure, the applied material is essentially not effected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not  shrink or swell. The MDI polyurethane based resin is 100% solvent free and 100% solids. Due to the low viscosity of the material, SealBoss 1503
Foam Resin offers superior penetration in hairline crack injection. The product is suitable for the filling of spaces, cracks and honeycombing in stone or concrete structures. Ask your SealBoss® technician for details. The product is for professional use.

Installation Guidelines

SealBoss 1503 Foam Resin is an extremely versatile leak seal product as it can be applied in wet, damp and completely dry environments. Continue the injection until resin leaks out from the cracks and/or from the adjacent packers. This is necessary to get an even material distribution. All equipment, pumps and hoses however must be dry. Avoid moisture contact with the mixture to prevent premature reaction. If product foams while pumping, immediately shut down the machine and flush with a cleaner to avoid built up and clogging of the equipment.
